Curator Role

The Curator is the execution-oriented role responsible for operating the Strategy Layer under strict constraints. The Curator interacts with the StrategyVault but never has custody or discretionary control over funds.

Curator Responsibilities

  • Allocation Execution: Instructs the StrategyVault to allocate liquidity into active strategies

  • Harvest Operations: Triggers harvesting of rewards from strategies and routes harvested yield to the Treasury.

  • Yield Distribution: Distribute Yield in the Treasury to Distributor, IL Reserve Fund

  • Operational Maintenance: Ensures strategies run efficiently by initiating rebalances or routine operational calls when required.

Curator Restrictions

  • Cannot modify strategy lists

  • Cannot update Merkle tree permissions

  • Cannot withdraw or redirect funds outside approved flows

  • Cannot override Admin-level configuration

The Curator executes, but does not control capital.
