Prime Vaults is an on-chain savings protocol engineered for predictable yield and capital preservation. By abstracting the complexities of yield optimization, Prime Vaults provides a streamlined savings experience that benchmarks performance against Aave supply rates while maintaining the transparency of DeFi. When users deposit assets, their position is conceptually represented as two components, Principal and Yield. Principal is the protected capital base. Yield is the accrued return tracked separately and claimable on demand.

• Principal Protection: The Principal represents the user’s protected capital. It is deployed across curated yield strategies but is safeguarded by the IL Reserve Fund, which absorbs volatility arising from impermanent loss or strategy fluctuations. This ensures that user principal remains intact under all supported market conditions.

• Guaranteed Minimum Yield (GMY): Prime Vaults establishes an asset level yield floor calibrated to Aave benchmark supply rates. This framework is designed to deliver a reliable baseline return through market volatility. Yield accrues independently from principal and remains claimable at any time.
