Withdrawal & Harvest Mechanism
3. Withdrawal & Harvest Mechanism
Withdrawal
When users withdraw their Principal, the withdrawal process is governed by an unlock-based model to ensure liquidity integrity across the unified vault system.
Standard Withdrawal : A withdrawal request initiates a 72-hours unlock period. Once the unlock period concludes, users may claim their Principal seamlessly.
This mechanism ensures predictable liquidity while maintaining system solvency and minimizing forced unwinding of strategy positions.
Speed Claim (Accelerated Unlock): Prime Vaults offers an optional Speed Claim feature that allows users to shorten the unlock period by paying an acceleration fee. Unlock duration can be reduced to 24 hours. The Speed Claim fee is 1% of the withdrawal amount
This provides flexibility for users who require rapid liquidity without compromising the broader vault stability.
Harvest
The harvest flow governs how users access the Yield portion of their deposit.
Instant Reward Claiming
Users may claim their accumulated Yield at any time, without any unlock period.
Claiming Yield does not affect Principal allocation or strategy execution.
Auto-Saving (Auto-Compound)
Prime Vaults offers an optional auto-compound mode:
When enabled, harvested rewards are automatically re-deposited into the system.
The reinvested amount increases the user’s Principal, which is then protected under the Principal Protection framework.
Compounding operates on a rolling basis, increasing long-term capital efficiency.
