Risk Disclosure Statement

This Risk Disclosure Statement (the “Risk Disclosure”) is provided for informational purposes only and forms an integral part of the Prime Vaults Terms and Conditions.

By accessing or using Prime Vaults, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the risks described below.

1. General Risk Acknowledgment

Prime Vaults is a decentralized, non-custodial, on-chain protocol. Participation in blockchain-based systems involves significant risk, including the risk of partial or total loss of Digital Assets.

You acknowledge that you use Prime Vaults at your own risk and that Prime Vaults does not guarantee any outcome, return, or preservation of value.

2. No Regulatory Protection

Prime Vaults is not regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”).

Your use of the Services is not protected by any statutory compensation scheme, deposit insurance, or investor protection regime under the laws of Singapore.

3. Smart Contract Risk

Smart Contracts may contain vulnerabilities, bugs, or unintended behaviors.

Despite audits, testing, or formal verification efforts:

  • vulnerabilities may still exist;

  • exploits may occur;

  • losses may be irreversible.

Prime Vaults disclaims any liability arising from Smart Contract failures.

4. Blockchain Network Risk

Public blockchain networks are subject to:

  • network congestion and transaction delays;

  • chain reorganizations, forks, or consensus failures;

  • censorship, halting events, or validator attacks.

Such events may prevent access to funds or disrupt protocol functionality.

5. Market and Liquidity Risk

Digital Assets are subject to:

  • extreme price volatility;

  • liquidity shortages;

  • adverse market conditions.

You may be unable to withdraw assets immediately or without loss during stressed market conditions.

6. Principal Protection Framework Limitations

Prime Vaults may implement internal mechanisms intended to mitigate certain internal strategy-related risks (the “Principal Protection Framework”).

You expressly acknowledge that:

  • this framework is not insurance;

  • it does not guarantee capital preservation;

  • it may fail under extreme or unforeseen conditions;

  • it does not cover third-party, market-wide, or systemic risks.

7. Third-Party Protocol Risk

Prime Vaults may interact with external protocols, bridges, or infrastructure providers.

Failures, exploits, or insolvency of such third parties may result in losses for which Prime Vaults bears no responsibility.

8. Oracle and Data Risk

Price feeds and on-chain data sources may be inaccurate, delayed, manipulated, or unavailable, potentially resulting in incorrect calculations or adverse outcomes.

9. Operational and Governance Risk

Protocol parameters, strategies, or system components may be modified over time.

Such changes may:

  • affect returns or risk exposure;

  • be implemented without prior notice;

  • introduce unforeseen outcomes.

Regulatory frameworks for digital assets are evolving and uncertain.

Changes in laws, regulations, or enforcement actions may:

  • restrict access to the Services;

  • require protocol modifications;

  • adversely affect Users.

11. No Advice

Nothing in this Risk Disclosure constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

You are solely responsible for assessing whether participation in Prime Vaults is appropriate for your circumstances.

12. Acknowledgment

By using Prime Vaults, you confirm that you understand and accept all risks described in this Risk Disclosure Statement.
